During the supplier selection our approach is twofold: respect budget considerations while adhering to project specifications. Our extensive network of suppliers is evaluated based on their ability to meet different project criterias, ensuring that every project not only meets its financial targets but also meets expectations in terms of quality and service.
Purchasing and Production
Our team purchases all items recquired for the project and monitors the invoicing through our Tracking-Log system, ensuring both timely procurement and financial transparency. Our accounting support guarantees that all invoices are accurate, validated, and vendor checks are issued.
We act as the coordination hub for the FF&E shop-drawings, facilitating the exchange of ideas and revisions between suppliers and decorators. During this phase we apply value engineering to evaluate potential cost-saving changes in furniture, all while keeping the quality and respecting the project design.
Freight Management and Installation
Our team coordinates the shipping of all the purchased items to their destination. Additionally, we supervise and coordinate the on-site installation with all project participants.
A close-out manual with every purchase, safety certificate and maintenance guide is issued, ensuring a tidy conclusion and a strong foundation for future endeavors.
